Matt Hausken is privileged to serve Cross of Calvary as pastor. He began his ministry at Cross of Calvary in March of 2003. Prior to that he served First Lutheran of Dundee and Grace Lutheran of rural Worthington. It has been his joy to walk alongside of members of Cross of Calvary in their amazing faith journeys and looks forward to many more chances to do so. In his free time he loves spending time with his family and friends, traveling, reading, watching and playing sports, and working and playing with technology. Matt is a 1995 graduate of Augsburg College (history major), and a 1999 graduate of Luther Seminary.

Laurie Schultze serves Cross of Calvary as our Administrative Assistant. Having spent 16 years as an educator, 4 years in youth ministry, and additional time as an administrative coordinator, Laurie has a deep and varied background. Her experience in building trusted relationships with people and meeting their needs is key, as she is the face of the front office. You’ll find that Laurie is flexible, creative, and seeks ways in which to enhance the workings of the church. Look for her cheerful disposition and resourceful, organized office demeanor when calling or dropping by.
