Jr. High Youth Gathering 2025
We joined 700 youth an adults at the @Southwestern Minnesota Synod, ELCA Jr. High Youth Gathering, focusing on the theme, Strengthened by Faith, Isaiah 41:10: “So do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Agape shared music and stories, LYO youth shared Faith Talks and we all had a blast doing nightlife with games, henna, a dance, food, service, project and swimming. The offering brought over $1900 and a truckload of toiletries for homeless youth being helped through @Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota.
Bring Food Shelf Donations Sunday November 23
Our 1st and 2nd grade Sunday School class has been learning about going to church and the importance of the church community. On Sunday November 23rd, this class will be serving coffee hour from 10am-11am. They will also be collecting items for the Renville County Food Shelf. Our focus is to show the kids ways we can give to the church and community, and the spirit of serving.
