Theme: Faith in Action

Bible Story: The Good Samaritan

Jesus loves us in word and action. We’re called to love others in word and action. Our actions are like a pebble dropped in water.  It makes a splash right away and send ripples out which affect more people!

Thank you to the incredible staff members from Green Lake Lutheran Ministries: Nick, Jayda, Boboya, Dee and Rachel! They showed us with their words and actions what God’s love looks like. We thank them for empowering our teens and older youth to share their gifts and lead others. Thanks to our Ministers of Snack, Mary and Teeny who made and served delicious snacks. We thank everyone who provided hospitality to our staff by hosting them overnight and for suppers. We thank every single kid who came to Day Camp. You are amazing gifts from God! We are overflowing with gratitude!

Day 3 Theme: Faithful First Step – story of Jesus feeding the 5000 

Faith and action go together like a hand in a glove. Jesus preached about God’s love, but he also physically fed the people who came to hear him speak. Faith without action is not really faith. 

We also had fun with water day!

We didn’t stream worship because we worshipped outside.

Tomorrow the kids will lead worship at 4:45 pm and anyone is welcome to join!
