Souper Bowl of Caring is an organization that was started with a simple prayer to help those who don’t have enough food. Every year on Super Bowl Sunday this organization’s mission is to collect food and monetary donations for charities all over the nation. Cross of Calvary’s WOW and WeeWOW programs spent time learning about hunger and how to fight it. Together we made signs that would hang in church and held our soup pots on Super Bowl Sunday, collecting our donations. These smiling faces collected $229.28 that will be donated to the Renville County Food Shelf!
