Let us pray: God send your Holy Spirit to us daily to remove the log from our eyes. For it is this that prevents us from seeing your gracious presence in our lives. Amen.
The following video is actually a TED talk on the most important thing you can do for your health. The ELCA wellness campaign asked all leaders to watch this. We are most able to serve Christ when we take care of our own health. For many of us our health hinders what we can do and can be a mighty log in our eye. Christ has come so we might have abundant life. This discipline is one of many that’s starts removing the log in our own eyes so we can more clearly serve Christ! It is 10 minutes in length, but well worth it!
